At Solva, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Not satisfied? Then you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked.

How does returning an item work?

Follow these steps to return a product:

Step 1: Send an email to info@solvaweb.nl with your order number and the reason for return

Step 2: We will confirm your return request within 2 business days and send you the return instructions

Step 3: Return the product in its original packaging

Step 4: Upon receipt, we will refund the amount to your account within 5 business days

Conditions for return

• The product has been returned within 14 days of receipt
• The product is as much as possible in its original condition
• You have submitted a return request via info@solvaweb.nl

Return costs

The costs for returning the item are for the buyer's account, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly. In that case, we will fully reimburse the return costs.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact us immediately via info@solvaweb.nl with a photo of the product. We will always resolve this — either with a replacement product or a refund.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.
