Article 1 — Identity of the entrepreneur

Article 2 — Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Solva and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.
Article 3 — The offer
Every offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what the rights and obligations are that are attached to the acceptance of the offer. This particularly concerns:
- The price including taxes
- Any shipping costs
- The way the agreement will be concluded
- Whether or not the right of withdrawal applies
- The method of payment, delivery and execution of the agreement
Article 4 — The price
The prices stated in the offer include VAT. All prices on the website are subject to printing and typesetting errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors.
Free shipping applies to orders over €20 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs will be charged for orders under €20.
Article 5 — Delivery
Solva will execute orders with due speed. The delivery time is 7–14 working days to the Netherlands and Belgium. If this term is exceeded, the consumer can dissolve the agreement free of charge.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Solva until the moment of delivery to the consumer.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website (iDEAL, PayPal, credit card). Solva uses a secure payment environment.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons during a cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and its packaging with care. The consumer will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Article 8 — Complaints procedure
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Solva via info@solvaweb.nl, fully and clearly described, within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects.
Complaints submitted to Solva will be answered within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, a confirmation of receipt will be sent within 14 days with an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
Article 9 — Applicable law
Agreements between Solva and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement.
